Billing FAQ

Why is the Growth Plan recommended?

The Growth plan is the first plan which offers a dedicated onboarding agent and omnichannel expert to guide you from the word go. We find that providing this level of support from the outset gives merchants a much better chance of being successful with the platform.


What happens if we exceed our Plan's monthly attributed sales limit?
e.g. Suppose I'm on the free plan but I get $400 in "attributed sales" during the first 20 days of the 30 day period.

As soon as you exceed the limit, you will be notified via email that you have exceeded the limit. Then there is a different process, depending if you are on a free or paid plan:

Free Plan:

Two working days after the limit is exceeded, email functionality will be automatically suspended until the limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle.

Paid Plan:

If you exceed your plan’s limit on 2 consecutive months then you will be asked by Omnified support to upgrade your plan. In this case, if you choose not to upgrade and you exceed your limit in future months then email functionality will be automatically suspended until the limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle.

When is a "Lead Generated"?

We say that a "lead is generated" every time a member of staff clicks the "Send Product Information" button in the POS App.


What is an Active User?

We define an "Active User" to be a user who has generated a lead during the last month (i.e billing period).


What is an Active Location?

We define an "Active Location" to be a location at which a lead has been generated during the last month (i.e billing period).
